- Items are delivered within 4-5 working days
International Delivery is available for orders above £40 upon request, please email us to request a quote. (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. FETCH is not responsible for delays due to customs.
We accept returns, to submit a return follow these simple steps:
1. Please contact email@example.com within 14 days of delivery.
Unfortunately you will not be able to return any items past 14 days from your purchase date. To be eligible for a refund your item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received it. Please try all items on indoors.
2. Pack your chosen return item(s) with a note of your Order number, Name, Address and send to: Unit 3B & 3C, Station Approach, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, England, DN21 2AU
We advise that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.
3. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed.
Credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
We are not able to accept exchanges at this time and all sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Buyers are also responsible for return shipping costs.
FETCH will only use your shipping, billing address and contact information to communicate with you about your order or to fulfil your order for legal reasons. If at any time you would like to be removed from our list please just email firstname.lastname@example.org
