We accept returns, to submit a return follow these simple steps:

1. Please contact contact@bellalottiefetch.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

 

​Unfortunately you will not be able to return any items past 14 days from your purchase date. To be eligible for a refund your item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received it. Please try all items on indoors.

 

​2. Pack your chosen return item(s) with a note of your Order number, Name, Address and send to: Unit 3B & 3C, Station Approach, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, England, DN21 2AU

We advise that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.

 

​3. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed.

Credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

​We are not able to accept exchanges at this time and all sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Buyers are also responsible for return shipping costs.
