FETCH accepts returns please contact email@example.com within 14 days of delivery, items must be shipped within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Unfortunately you will not be able to return any items passed 14 days from your purchase date. To be eligible for a refund your item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received it. Please try all items on indoors.
All sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangable.
Please make sure you pack your chosen return item(s) with a note of your Order number, Name, Address. We advise you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
We are not able to accept exchanges at this time.
